Cooking with my grandmother Antonia is about much more than learning Spanish recipes. It's about sharing a little piece of our family, our traditions and the way we've always understood food: as something that brings people together. In this experience, you'll step into our world and discover Spanish home cooking through the eyes of someone who has spent a lifetime preparing meals for the people she loves. My grandmother will share her recipes, little kitchen secrets and the stories behind the dishes that have been part of our family for generations. We'll cook together, get our hands involved, talk about Spanish food traditions and discover the ingredients and techniques that make our home cooking so special. There is no need to be an experienced cook – just bring your curiosity and a willingness to have fun in the kitchen! And, of course, the best part comes at the end: sitting around the table, enjoying everything we've prepared together, sharing stories and experiencing one of the most important parts of Spanish culture: the pleasure of eating together. For us, this isn't just a cooking class. It's an opportunity to open our home, share our family traditions and make you feel like a guest rather than a tourist. We can't wait to cook with you!
