How do trip requests work?
A traveller describes the tour they want: the city, the date, who is coming and what they care about. Guides who work in that city, in the languages the request was written in, hear about it by email. You do not need a published tour to be matched.
If it suits you, send a proposal: the route, the meeting point, the length and the price, with your share and the platform cost shown as you set it. Either side can make a counter-offer until the plan fits.
When the traveller accepts, the plan becomes a private tour they can book and pay for like any other. Until then nothing is paid and nothing is promised: a request is a plan, not a booking.
