Hello, I'm Darko, a licensed local tour guide for Split-Dalmatia County. I come from the ancient town of Solin, so history is not just my profession – it's my passion. With an academic background in History and Croatian Language, I also have a soft spot for archaeology, local traditions, and gastronomy. My home region has a complex past and a fascinating cultural legacy, waiting to be discovered. We can explore it on foot, by bike, by car, or even on horseback – and, if you're up for it, continue our adventure by kayak! Or we can simply stay in the shade, enjoy a glass of wine, and savour some ancient stories. My goal is to bring history to life, introduce you to the flavours of local cuisine, and take you to places with views no travel brochure could ever do justice to.
